How to restore power for the ineffective genes

Sir,
Once again I am surprise to see an article titled as “Gene editing could give longer life” appeared in the ‘The Times of India dated 18-11-2016 stating that “Scientist have discovered a new way to edit DNA that could fix “broken genes” in the brain, cure previously incurable diseases and potentially even extend the human life span. The break through described as a “holy grail” of genetics –was used partially restore the sight of rats blinded by a condition which also affects humans.
Previously researchers were not able to make changes to DNA in eye, brain, heart and liver tissues. But the new technique allows them to do this for the first time and could also lead to new treatments for a range of diseases associated with the ageing process. One of the researchers, professor Juan Carlos Izpisua Belmonte, said.”

Here, I would like to say something regard to ineffective genes when more of them are affected it leads to chronic disease such as diabetes, heart disease, renal disease, liver disease, osteoporosis, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease as well as different types of cancer diseases. These types of diseases normally occur as one grows older but for some it occurs at an early stage of life.

Why genes become defective?

As per the medical term every gene holds a negative charge when brain’s synapses are active they receive the signal from the brain that makes the gene active. As one get older some genes get inactive because of voltage drop in the brain that can cause diseases in humans. But professor Juan Carlos Izpisua Belmonte attached to Salt Institute –USA wants to use other methods of tinkering the defective gene and restore the sight in rats without cashing on brain’s signal is very remote in curing diseases. The possible way of rectifying any defects in the DNA by just increasing the level of voltage in the brain through photon transfer of electrons strengthens this dipole dipole force that makes the gene more effective than tinkering the defective gene which is a more hazardous procedure to adopt without getting proper signals from the brain.

Same thing I had already stated in my Blog website (Secrets of the brain unraveled) titled as “Virtually two aspects are working in the same way” dated 22-11-2013 can be assess from this website

Let this beauty speaks itself in life.
